Change of Use

 

We have several years’ worth of experience in getting planning applications approved for change of use. Some changes of use do not require planning permission. However, we apply with technical drawings to get confirmation for lawfulness certificates from the planning department. We also have vast experience in obtaining building control approval with detailed drawings.
