Some extensions can be done without planning, but they will still need to adhere to the Building Regulations. We can apply to your local authority for Prior Approval for a Larger Home Extension of up to 6 m (for semi-detached or terraced properties) or up to 8 m (for detached properties) from the original part of the building.
